Salesforce Devops engineer
Role summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer with a strong background in CI/CD, release management, Salesforce administration, and data operations. The role requires hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, Bitbucket, and Git, along with expertise in CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and managing Salesforce releases. A good understanding of Salesforce administration tasks, including user and access management, permissions, and data operations using Data Loader, is essential. Familiarity with metadata deployments and troubleshooting is also key. Exposure to SFDX, Metadata API, and packaging is considered a plus.

- Hands-on experience with
Salesforce DevOps tools
: Gearset, Copado, Bitbucket, Git
- Strong knowledge of
CI/CD pipelines, branching strategy, PR reviews, and deployment automation
- Experience managing
Salesforce releases across sandboxes and production
- Good understanding of
Salesforce Admin tasks
:
- User & access management
- Permission sets, profiles, sharing rules
- Flows, validation rules, layouts, record types
- Experience with
Data Loader
for bulk inserts, updates, upserts, and migration
- Strong knowledge of
metadata deployments, dependencies, and troubleshooting
- Exposure to
SFDX / Metadata API / packaging
is a plus
🔹 Preferred
- Salesforce Admin certification preferred
- Experience with DevOps Center / Copado / Gearset certifications is a plus
