Senior Director, Strategic Sourcing
Role summary
Axon is seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing to lead the global supply base strategy for its hardware portfolio. Reporting to the EVP of Operations, this role is crucial for enabling scale, improving costs, and ensuring supply continuity. The Director will set and execute sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, oversee contract manufacturers, and mitigate supply chain risks, including geopolitical and compliance issues. This position requires extensive experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, supplier governance, and team leadership, with a strong focus on driving cost savings and operational excellence in a complex hardware environment. The role involves significant cross-functional collaboration and executive communication.

Reporting to the EVP, Operations, you will play a critical role in enabling scale, improving cost and supply continuity, and ensuring sourcing decisions support product innovation and operational excellence.
