Role summary

We are seeking a skilled GenAI Engineer to join our team in Nashville, TN. This role requires 8+ years of experience in software engineering, AI development, or Snowflake platform development. You will be responsible for designing and developing Generative AI solutions using Snowflake data and services, with a focus on AI agent development, including orchestration, reasoning, and tool integration. Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript is essential for AI and backend development. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of Generative AI and LLMs, with the ability to independently design, code, test, and debug AI solutions, and integrate them with enterprise systems and data platforms. This is an onsite role requiring an in-person interview.

Required Skills & Experience (MUST)

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, AI development, or Snowflake platform development
  • Experience designing and developing Generative AI solutions using Snowflake data and services
  • Experience with AI agent development, including agent orchestration, reasoning flows, and tool integration
  • Strong technical knowledge of Generative AI and LLMs, with the ability to independently design, code, test, and debug AI solutions
  • Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript for AI and backend development
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and data platforms
  • Ability to take ownership of end-to-end development, from design through implementation and testing

Technical Competencies

  • Generative AI and LLM fundamentals (prompt design, grounding, evaluation, safety)
  • AI agent architecture and implementation
  • Snowflake data platform architecture and development
  • API-based system integration and backend engineering
  • Software development best practices, testing, and debugging

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot or Copilot Studio
  • Experience with Azure AI services or Azure cloud architecture
  • Experience with ServiceNow AI Agent or other enterprise automation platforms
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise workflow or orchestration tools
  • Experience working with global or offshore development teams
  • Relevant AI, cloud, or data platform certifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
  • AI, cloud, or Microsoft related certifications are a plus
