Job Description:
- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise or large-scale environments.
- Proven ability to work independently as a self-driven contributor.
- Apex (classes, triggers, batch/scheduled processing)
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP, integration patterns, Platform Events
- Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, bulk data operations
- Hands on experience with data migration, ETL processes, CRM transitions, and data modelling.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and data architecture.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II) highly preferred.
- Preferred: Experience with ETL/migration tools (Data Loader, MuleSoft, Boomi), and Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead all technical development efforts for the Zendesk to Salesforce migration, including data mapping, transformation logic, and migration strategy.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions (Apex, triggers, Visualforce, LWC, API integrations).
- Convert business requirements into robust technical solutions with minimal supervision.
- Build and optimize data migration scripts, tools, and processes to ensure accurate and consistent data movement.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (Data, Product, CRM Operations) to translate Zendesk structures into the Salesforce data model.
- Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems as part of the migration.
- Identify technical risks, recommend mitigations, and ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices and governance.
- Own end deliverables from design through deployment and post migration stabilization.
- Troubleshot complex data quality, mapping, and platform behaviour issues during migration.
Education
:Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
