Job Title: Strategy & Transformation Analyst (Contract)

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana (Office-Flex)

Onsite Address: 20 North Meridian Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204

Duration: 3+ Months Contract (Potential Extension based on business needs)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Strategy & Transformation Analyst to support global geo expansion and transformation initiatives. This role will play a key part in enabling scalable, compliant, and efficient operational readiness as the organization expands into new markets.

The ideal candidate will bring strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams and deliver data-driven insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Transformation

  • Support planning and execution of global geo expansion and transformation programs
  • Contribute to development of scalable frameworks and governance models
  • Partner with leadership to define business cases and measurable outcomes

Program Management & Operational Readiness

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, Legal, Finance, IT, and Benefits
  • Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies
  • Assist in building project roadmaps, execution plans, and governance structures
  • Facilitate alignment meetings and ensure timely follow-ups

Data, Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs
  • Analyze operational data to provide actionable insights
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for leadership
  • Support forecasting, scenario planning, and impact analysis

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Support implementation of standardized tools, templates, and frameworks
  • Recommend automation and process enhancements

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with global and regional stakeholders
  • Act as a point of coordination across multiple teams
  • Prepare presentations and executive-level communications

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and compliance requirements
  • Support governance forums and track key decisions and risks

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in project management, business operations, strategy, or transformation roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, HR, Strategy, or related field
  • Experience supporting global HR, Payroll, or transformation programs
  • Knowledge of global compliance and operational readiness
  • Exposure to enterprise tools such as Salesforce, Workday, or similar systems
  • Background in consulting or process improvement initiatives
