Operations Analyst
who is passionate about using data to drive extraordinary care and operational excellence.

The Role

As an Operations Analyst, you will be the bridge between clinical data and strategic action. You’ll support our financial, administrative, and clinical departments by transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights. Working closely with executive leadership and department directors, you will identify trends, solve problems, and develop recommendations that directly improve the performance of Lincoln Surgical Hospital and our partner surgery centers.

Schedule:
Full-time (80 hours per pay period) | Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities

- Insightful Reporting:
Build and maintain routine financial and operational metrics that help lead the organization.
- Strategic Collaboration:
Partner with operational leaders to optimize processes and develop data-driven solutions.
- Performance Analysis:
Identify the primary drivers of financial and operational success, providing trending and comparative data for high-level decision-making.
- Clear Communication:
Translate technical data into meaningful results for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Innovation:
Stay at the forefront of data analysis trends and healthcare developments to keep our reporting systems modern and effective.

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Team

- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Technical Edge:
High proficiency in SQL, SSRS, Python, Excel, and Microsoft PowerBI (or equivalent systems).
- Experience:
Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred, though a strong combination of education and training will be considered.
