Position Title: Quantitative UX Researcher
Location: Remote
Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 08+ months, possible extension based on business needs
Job Type: Onsite
Pay Range: $75/hr. - $80/hr.

Job Description:
The Quantitative UX Researcher will possess expertise in the development, management, and analysis of large-scale tracking surveys. A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of seven years of relevant experience in user experience research, a Master’s degree with a minimum of five years of relevant experience, or a PhD with a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required.
Responsibilities
● Design, manage, analyse, and produce reports for large-scale, primarily tracking surveys.
● Effectively manage and prioritize research within ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
● Generate effective insights to inform both ongoing and prospective research initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience in user experience research, Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience.
● Demonstrated experience coding with R, particularly the Tidyverse package.
● Experience in survey design and item development.
● Experience applying statistical analysis methods, including basic descriptive analysis, regressions, ANOVA, and t-tests.
● Demonstrated interest in and experience executing hands-on, primary research.
● Proficiency with Google suites.
● Experience with Python coding is considered advantageous.

- Coding proficiency in R (especially Tidyverse)
- Survey design and item development experience
- Statistical analysis (descriptive, regressions, ANOVA, t-tests)
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Python coding ability
- Experience with Google Suite applications
- Hands-on, primary research experience
Degrees/Certifications
Required:
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Statistics, Human-Computer Interaction, Social Sciences).
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
● Design, manage, and analyse large-scale tracking surveys
● Develop comprehensive research reports
● Prioritize and manage research in fast-changing environments
● Generate actionable insights for ongoing/new research
