Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project-oriented work efforts with a strong emphasis on data analytics, program evaluation, and population-level data analysis to support Community Impact strategies. Responsible for developing and updating project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review, and escalating functional, quality, and timeline issues appropriately. Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources. Coordinates communication with all areas that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the project being managed from Community Impact. Must possess advanced knowledge and proficiency in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques.
In addition to project management responsibilities, this role analyzes quantitative and qualitative data from internal and external sources (EHR, community partners, public health datasets, claims, SDOH screening tools, etc.) to evaluate program performance, assess population health trends, and inform strategic decision-making.

Coordinates and/or provides support for various Beacon Health System / Community Impact projects and initiatives by:
- Coordinating the efforts of all project team members as it relates to assigned projects.
- Determining customer needs and developing overall project implementation plans for large, complex projects. Consulting and providing recommendations for system design issues.
- Initiating concepts and ideas for development to support BCI priorities.
- Gathering input from content experts, marketing, information systems, administration and other stakeholders.
- Synthesizing available information on BCI projects and their objectives in order to effectively communicate the benefits to target audiences.
- Ensuring that projects reach milestones following the predetermined project timeline.
- Participating in creating estimated project timelines, resources, costs, and return on investment analyses for the priority-setting process.
- Providing project status reporting at project steering committees.
- Requisitioning materials and supplies as appropriate.
- Coordinate BCI associates with project and program delivery.
Creates & maintains accurate project plans for assigned projects utilizing project management software to keep projects on schedule. Maintains accountability for project, and scope management by:
- Working with vendors and customers to create project steps/tasks, determining and securing necessary resources, developing and updating time lines, and tracking project progress.
- Providing ongoing communication and coordination between all project participants, including frequent updates to IS Management and customers.
- Preparing system requirements, project management documentation, and plans.
- Collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating large and complex datasets with attention to data integrity and accuracy.
- Designing, building, and maintaining recurring performance reports and dashboards that track ISP metrics, CHNA priorities, grant outcomes, and population health indicators.
- Conducting population-level analyses to identify disparities, trends, and opportunities for intervention across service areas.
- Using data to draw actionable conclusions and provide recommendations to leadership, clinical teams, and community partners.
- Developing evaluation plans, logic models, and performance measurement frameworks for Community Impact programs and grants.
- Filtering and cleaning data to ensure integrity, validity, and consistency across reporting platforms.
- Collaborating with Beacon data analysts, Quality, Finance, and IT teams to ensure alignment with system-wide data governance standards.
- Supporting statistical analysis, benchmarking, and return-on-investment assessments for community programs.
- Preparing analytic summaries and presentations for executive leadership, advisory councils, grantors, and regulatory reporting.
Providing appropriate systemic controls for assuring cost effective, quality outcomes/results with the BCI division by:
- Reviewing issues and activities that may span organizational and departmental boundaries.
- Maintaining Beacon Health System standards for quality production.
Performs other functions to maintain personal competence and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the department by:
- Visiting community sites to gain an understanding of various processes and projects related to specific assignments.
- Ensuring that all projects are effective in promoting Beacon's mission, vision, and values.
- Completing other job-related assignments and special projects as directed.

- Direct patient care providers are required to maintain current BCLS (CPR) and other certifications as required by position/department.
- Consistently utilizes appropriate universal precautions, protective equipment, and ergonomic techniques to protect patient and self.
- Adheres to regulatory agency requirements, survey process and compliance.
- Complies with established organization and department policies.
- Available to work overtime in addition to working additional or other shifts and schedules when required.

Education and Experience:
- The knowledge, skills and abilities as indicated below are normally acquired through the successful completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Public Health, Data Analytics, Epidemiology, Health Informatics, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Experience in program evaluation, healthcare analytics, or population health analytics required.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R), and database querying preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare data sources including EHR, claims data, SDOH screening tools, and public health datasets.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
