About the Role:

As a Data Analyst, you will:

• Manage and analyze benefits eligibility and enrollment data files.
• Work directly with Plan Sponsors and third-party vendors to ensure data accuracy.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot carrier data feeds.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet client requirements.
• Provide technical support for benefits data file issues.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• Knowledge of carrier file formats (ANSI 834, LIMRA LDEx, CSV, API-based transmissions).
• Strong SQL & ETL skills for data extraction and transformation.
• Experience working with third-party vendors, insurance carriers, or financial institutions.
• Familiarity with security and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, etc.).
• Ability to document and present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
