What You’ll Be Doing:

- Mastering the Numbers
: Own financial records, ensuring everything adds up to perfection. You’re the detective of the accounting world!
- Month-End Wizardry
: Prepare detailed, crystal-clear financial statements that’ll make clients’ jaws drop (in a good way, of course!).
- Reconciliation Rockstar
: Keeping accounts balanced and looking sharp. No discrepancy is too small to catch.
- Client Liaison Extraordinaire
: You’ll keep our clients in the loop with regular updates, helping them understand their financial standing and putting them at ease.
- Payroll Pro
: You'll help manage payroll processing—timely, accurate, and stress-free for our clients.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience
: At least 1 year of bookkeeping or accounting experience. You’ve been around the block and know the ropes. Bonus points if you’ve juggled multiple clients before
- Skills
: Mastery of QuickBooks. Bonus points for familiarity with other bookkeeping software!
- Time Management:
You're a master at juggling priorities, hitting deadlines, and thriving under pressure
- Attention to Detail
: Your motto? “The devil’s in the details.” You spot the tiniest discrepancies before anyone else.
- Communication Savvy
: You make complex financial concepts easy to understand for clients. No jargon, just clarity.
- Adaptability:
