Job Overview
We are seeking an energenic, mission minded, compassionate Adult Day Program Manager to lead a faith based entrepreneurial program for adults with special needs. In this vital role, you will oversee citizens in their enterprise work sessions, parent correspondence, staff and volunteers, and scheduling.

This position is one making a huge impact on participants' lives while managing operational excellence.

Duties

  • Lead and supervise Citizens daily.
  • Lead and supervise staff, ensuring effective team unity and management, training, and performance development.
  • Schedule and delegate volunteers daily.
  • Schedule weekly/daily enterprises with Citizen groups and coordinating staff.
  • Oversee compliance with regulatory standards and quality management protocols to ensure safety and service excellence.
  • Utilize project management tools like Trello and Google Drive for scheduling and administration.

Experience

  • Managerial experience
  • 3 yr minimal experience with special needs / autism
  • Undergraduate in Human Resources, Special Education, Psychology, or Business
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and facilitate conflict resolution effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for parent correspondence, email blasts, presentation delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
