Role Overview

The Senior AI Engineer designs, builds, and deploys scalable AI/ML systems that power intelligent applications and automate complex business processes. This role bridges advanced AI research and production engineering, translating cutting-edge AI techniques into reliable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models for production environments.
  • Architect AI systems, data pipelines, and model training workflows.
  • Deploy, monitor, and maintain models in production using MLOps best practices.
  • Develop and optimize prompt engineering and prompt tuning strategies for LLM-based applications.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications, APIs, and automation platforms.
  • Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy through evaluation, retraining, and optimization.
  • Research and implement advanced AI technologies including LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, and intelligent automation.
  • Collaborate closely with onsite teams and customers to understand requirements and deliver practical AI-driven solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for AI/ML engineers.

Required Skills

  • Strong programming skills in Python
  • Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, and prompt engineering/prompt tuning
  • Experience designing data pipelines, feature engineering workflows, and model deployment systems
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Working knowledge of C# and enterprise application development is a plus
  • Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server

Experience & Education

  • 5–10+ years of software engineering experience
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on AI/ML development experience
  • Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
