Role summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Program Manager for Productivity Transformation to support the governance and execution of complex, enterprise-wide productivity initiatives. This role focuses on integrating and executing programs across Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and value targets. The Program Manager will lead strategic initiatives, drive financial performance, foster cross-functional collaboration, manage execution and risks, and provide governance and reporting. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in program management or transformation within supply chain or manufacturing environments, and strong financial, analytical, and communication skills.

Role Summary:
The Program Manager – Productivity Transformation supports the governance and execution of complex, enterprise productivity initiatives across the value chain. This role serves as a central integrator and execution partner, ensuring initiatives are well-planned, aligned, tracked, and delivered against value targets and transformation milestones. Approximately 75% of this role is dedicated to supporting the program and portfolio management of productivity transformation workstreams, with focus on Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Strategic Alignment

  • Own end‑to‑end leadership of strategic initiatives, ensuring each program advances the enterprise Full Potential agenda.
  • Clarify and align program scope, transformation objectives, and expected outcomes with stakeholders to ensure every effort contributes measurable business value.
  • Guide teams through transformation impacts by fostering clarity, accountability, and shared ownership of outcomes.

Value Delivery & Financial Performance

  • Partner with Finance to validate savings, productivity gains, and benefits realization.
  • Ensure initiatives are delivered against financial, operational, and transformation value targets.
  • Identify risks early, diagnose root causes, and develop mitigation plans that preserve momentum toward Full Potential goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Facilitate seamless cross‑functional collaboration by driving visibility, alignment, and coordinated problem‑solving across teams.
  • Lead high‑impact working sessions with SMEs, stakeholders, and senior leaders to shape business cases, build program roadmaps, and resolve barriers to transformation progress.

Execution Management & Risk Control

  • Drive disciplined, agile execution by identifying dependencies, tracking critical paths, and proactively managing risks and mitigation plans.
  • Escalate critical issues proactively to safeguard strategic priorities, timelines, budgets, and transformation outcomes.
  • Intervene to remove blockers, ensuring business continuity and alignment across workstreams.

Governance, Reporting, & Decision Support

  • Prepare clear, executive‑ready program reporting with insights on progress, risks, key decisions, projected results, and recommendations.
  • Support enterprise governance forums and operating rhythms.
  • Enable timely, data-driven decision making.

Continuous Improvement & Enablement

  • Identify opportunities to improve program management tools, templates, and governance.
  • Support development of playbooks, standards, and best practices.
  • Promote consistent ways of working across productivity programs.

Required Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, transformation, operations, consulting, or project delivery
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives across supply chain, manufacturing, or procurement environments
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Strong financial, analytical, and planning skills
  • Executive communication and storytelling
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, matrixed stakeholder environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (MBA or related)
  • Professional certification (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or equivalent)
  • Experience supporting enterprise productivity or cost transformation programs
  • Background in food manufacturing, CPG, or large-scale operations environments
