Sign up to see compensation estimateBlackberg is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 / SharePoint & Power Platform Engineer responsible for the design, development, migration, and maintenance of an HHS collaboration and workflow environment. This role ensures that SharePoint, Power Platform, and Microsoft Teams solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with user needs, supporting efficient knowledge management and business process automation across the organization. This role is contingent upon a contract award in late April 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute SharePoint migration activities, including site inventory, architecture alignment, data migration, and validation
- Design and develop Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Dataverse solutions
- Configure and maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries, metadata structures, and permissions
- Support Microsoft Teams administration and integration with M365 services
- Implement workflow automation and document management solutions
- Conduct system testing (unit, integration, UAT) and performance validation
- Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility and Federal IT standards
- Develop technical documentation and support user training efforts
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in SharePoint development and administration
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Teams environments
- Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online architecture
- Experience supporting enterprise system integrations and workflow automation
- Knowledge of metadata management, taxonomy, and document governance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power Platform Developer, SharePoint Developer)
- Experience supporting federal or regulated IT environments
- Familiarity with migration tools (e.g., ShareGate, Microsoft Migration Tool)
- Experience with user-centered design and usability optimization
- Cybersecurity certifications
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
