Role summary
We are seeking an AI Technical Support Specialist for Blink.new, an AI app creation platform. In this remote role, you will be the primary point of contact for users, acting as a trusted advisor to help them with questions, bugs, and issues encountered while building websites or apps. You will leverage your understanding of AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude, along with basic frontend, backend, database, authentication, and hosting concepts, to guide users through their entrepreneurial journey. Experience with React/React Native and website/app development is required. Preferred qualifications include frontend/backend web development experience and prior technical support roles.

**Responsibilities**
As the AI Support Engineer, you are the point person for helping users with any questions they may have while building their websites or apps using Blink. \
\
You work as the trusted advisor to each builder, helping them with any questions / bugs / issues they may face, so that they go further in their entrepreneurial journey with your help. \
\
**Required qualifications**
* Experience developing websites, web apps, mobile apps
* Have basic understanding of React / React Native (at least one)
* Great written and verbal communication skills in English
* Power user of ChatGPT / Claude and can write great prompts easily
* Understand basic frontend / backend / database / authentication / hosting concepts
**Preferred qualifications**
* 2 - 5 years of frontend / backend web development experience
* Technical support experience at technology companies
* You genuinely enjoy talking to people and helping them solve engineering problems
