DevOps Engineer
Role summary
Bloomerang is seeking a remote DevOps Engineer with 3-5+ years of experience to join their mission-driven team. The role involves leveraging development and operations skills, including coding, infrastructure management, system administration, and DevOps toolchains, to support the Engineering team's roadmap. Responsibilities include participating in on-call rotations, optimizing deployment strategies, maintaining system infrastructure, and ensuring application uptime through monitoring and alerting. Proficiency in CI/CD, AWS, Linux/Windows server administration, scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Open Tofu) is required. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable exploring and integrating AI tools into daily tasks for efficiency.

The Role
As a DevOps Engineer at Bloomerang, you are a multifaceted generalist who has a wide-ranging knowledge of both development and operations. You are able to leverage your skillsets; including coding, infrastructure management, system administration, and DevOps toolchains to further the Engineering team roadmap.

Compensation The salary range for this position is $98,000 - $130,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws
LocationThis is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position (within the U.S. and select Canadian Provinces only). Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
