Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to support and drive the evolution of our Digital Workplace / End User Technology environment. This role plays a critical part in defining strategy, engineering solutions, and ensuring a seamless end-user experience across devices, data, and access platforms. The ideal candidate is hands-on, technically deep, and comfortable acting as a final escalation point while also contributing to long-term architectural direction.

Key Responsibilities

·        Lead engineering and strategic direction for Modern Endpoint Management solutions

·        Design, implement, and support solutions using Intune, SCCM, Autopilot, and Windows as a Service (WaaS)

·        Serve as the highest-level escalation point for complex hardware and software issues

·        Drive endpoint standards, SOPs, and configuration best practices

·        Partner with architecture, product owners, vendors, and delivery teams to implement scalable solutions

·        Support Windows OS lifecycle management (Windows 10 → Windows 11 migrations)

·        Manage endpoint security and encryption (BitLocker, endpoint protection tools)

·        Oversee endpoint hardware testing, selection, and standardization

·        Develop and maintain documentation, technical standards, and operational procedures

·        Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth transition of solutions into production

·        Communicate technical recommendations clearly to leadership and stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

·        10+ years of experience in End User Technology / Digital Workplace Engineering

Strong expertise in:

·        Windows 10 / Windows 11

·        Active Directory & Azure AD

·        SCCM & Intune (Co-management, MAM-WE)

·        Autopilot & Zero-Touch Deployments

·        Microsoft 365

·        VMware / VDI environments

·        Hands-on PowerShell scripting experience

·        Experience managing macOS/iOS deployments (minimum 3 years)

·        Familiarity with MDM tools such as JAMF, AirWatch, MobileIron

·        Strong understanding of ITIL processes and operational best practices

·        Experience working in Agile environments

Preferred Qualifications

·        Experience in regulated or enterprise environments

·        Familiarity with tools such as Jira, PowerBI, and endpoint security platforms

·        Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders

Education

·        Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical field

·        Equivalent professional experience may be considered
