Software Engineer Junior/Mid-Level

As a Backend Software Engineer at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics you will be responsible to:

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and enhance software solutions under guidanc

Collaborate with senior engineers and team leads to implement features and resolve technical challenge- s
Analyze user requirements to support software design and performance objective- s
Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospective- s
Assist with design and code reviews to ensure quality and consistenc- y
Troubleshoot and debug software issues across the development lifecycl- e
Contribute to documentation, testing, and continuous improvement effort- s
Work on well-defined problems of moderate scope with guidance from senior team member- s

Experience and Qualifications:

To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:

Required Education and Years of Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited institution

- and 7+ years of relevant experience, OR
Four (4) additional years of Software Engineering experience may be substituted in lieu of a degre- e

Required Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph

Experience assisting with development & execution of test procedures for software component- s
Experience with generating & reviewing software/technical documentatio- n
Experience working in an Agile software development environmen- t
Experience using with Jira and Confluenc- e
Ensuring quality control of all developed and modified softwar- e
Experience with the following technologies:

Java, C++, Pytho- n
Relational database, such as Postgre- s
SQ- L

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS

Summary Pay Range:

Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

$144,000 - $190,000
