Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) is seeking a Backend Software Engineer to join their team in Annapolis Junction, MD. This role involves designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing software solutions under guidance. Responsibilities include collaborating with senior engineers, analyzing user requirements, participating in Agile activities, and troubleshooting software issues. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience, and 7+ years of relevant experience. A TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Experience with Java, C++, Python, relational databases (Postgres, SQL), and Git is essential. Hybrid work is authorized. The salary range is $144,000 - $190,000 per year.

Experience and Qualifications:
To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:
Required Education and Years of Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited institution

Four (4) additional years of Software Engineering experience may be substituted in lieu of a degre- e
Required Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
