• Assist in designing, developing, testing, and deploying LLM-based Agent applications
• Participate in building multimodal agents, multi-agent systems, and AI workflow automation
• Support system performance analysis, monitoring, and optimization to improve accuracy and reliability
• Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Explore and experiment with cutting-edge technologies in LLM applications and Agent frameworks
• Help rapidly prototype and apply new Agent capabilities based on real business needs

What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields
• At least 1 year of experience (academic / internship / project-based) in LLM applications, AI Agents, or AI + marketing-related systems
• Proficient in Python
• Familiar with AI frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Hands-on experience with AI Agent development, including:
- Common Agent system architectures
- Core Agent mechanisms: Planning, Execution, Memory, Tool Calling
- Solid understanding of Prompt Engineering, Function Calling, Multimodality
- Experience with RAG pipelines, including:parsing, embedding, vector databases, chunking, retrieval, ranking
- Familiar with LLM API performance optimization
- Understanding of Agent evaluation and optimization for production reliability
- Experience or strong interest in cloud-based or distributed AI systems
