Bond Vet is on a mission to strengthen the human-animal bond through better pet care. We offer primary and urgent care, so we’re there for pets when they need us most. Our clinics are designed with pets and people in mind: warm, friendly, and highly sniffable. We balance this design with a strong focus on technology, all built in-house, which means we can easily innovate our systems to improve the veterinary team, pet, and client experience.
Role Summary
The Inventory & Procurement Manager will play a critical role in driving inventory excellence across Bond Vet clinics, with a primary focus on improving Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) through a combination of data-driven strategy and hands-on field execution.
This role blends analytical insight with hands-on field partnership, translating clinic-level inventory performance into actionable workflows, training, and sustainable operational improvements.
The Inventory Manager will partner closely with Clinic Managers and field teams to diagnose inventory inefficiencies, implement best practices, and elevate operational performance on the ground. This includes traveling to clinics, auditing inventory processes, coaching teams, and ensuring sustainable adoption of standardized practices.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Inventory & Procurement, this individual will also collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Medical teams to shape inventory strategy, optimize procurement processes, and build scalable training programs.
The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of veterinary products and clinic workflows, paired with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for improving how clinics operate day-to-day.
