Role summary

The engineer will collaborate with product managers, developers, UX teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality releases efficiently. Responsibilities include functional, regression, smoke, integration, and UAT testing, creating test documentation, defect tracking, and process improvement.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated B2C Digital QA Engineer with strong experience in end-to-end testing of mobile applications and web platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless customer experiences across digital touchpoints while working in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, UX teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality releases at speed.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end functional testing across B2C mobile apps (iOS/Android) and web applications
- Validate customer journeys including onboarding, authentication, checkout, payments, promotions, and account management
- Execute regression, smoke, integration, and UAT testing for frequent releases
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with business requirements
- Identify, log, and track defects using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to quickly resolve issues in a rapid deployment environment
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Support release validation and production verification
- Continuously improve QA processes and test coverage
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in B2C digital testing (mobile and web platforms)
- Strong expertise in end-to-end testing methodologies
- Hands-on experience testing native mobile apps (iOS/Android) and responsive web applications
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong understanding of customer experience flows and digital commerce journeys
- Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-change environments
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred Skills
- API testing experience using Postman or similar tools
- Performance and load testing knowledge
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Retail, eCommerce, or consumer digital platform experience
