Role summary
Branch15 seeks a Program Manager to lead its Christ-centered community for women and their children, fostering a safe, nurturing environment for healing and growth. This role involves guiding families toward wholeness and sustainable living by developing and monitoring individualized care plans. Key responsibilities include building client relationships, integrating new clients, tracking progress through reports and meetings, supporting program operations, and maintaining a safe environment. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a related field or equivalent experience, familiarity with trauma-informed care and recovery models, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and a commitment to the organization's mission. Computer literacy for data entry and documentation is also required.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Program Manager at Branch15 leads our Christ-centered community for women and their children, ensuring a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where healing and growth can take place. This role guides families through program goals, develops individualized care plans, and coordinates support that leads to stability and lasting transformation—rooted in Fresh Starts, Pure Hope, and Amazing Grace. *Placement and salary for this position are based on education and experience at Levels 1, 2, or 3, with Level 1 representing the entry point.*
YOUR MISSION
As the Program Manager at Branch15, your mission is to lead our Christ-centered community in creating a nurturing environment where women and their children can heal, grow, and thrive. You’ll build genuine connections, provide compassionate guidance, and ensure safety and stability as families work toward wholeness and sustainable living. By developing and monitoring individualized care plans, you’ll empower women and their children to experience fresh starts, pure hope, and amazing grace—embracing lasting transformation in every area of life.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build strong, supportive relationships with clients while guiding them toward Christ-centered growth and program success.
- Integrate new clients into Branch15 culture by implementing policies, maintaining confidentiality, and modeling professionalism.
- Monitor client progress through reports, goal tracking, champion plans, and monthly budget meetings.
- Support program operations by attending program nights, leading classes when needed, and coordinating evening activities.
- Maintain a safe and orderly environment, including property upkeep and ensuring clients return by curfew.
- Provide practical support through transportation and administering UA tests according to Branch15 procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Behavioral Health, or a related field preferred or
- An equivalent combination of education, professional training, or lived experience in human services, recovery support, or ministry leadership may be considered in place of a degree.
- Experience working with women and families overcoming trauma, addiction, justice involvement, or other life transitions preferred.
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care, recovery models, and Christ-centered ministry approaches are strongly valued.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust and rapport with diverse populations.
- Organized and detail-oriented with effective documentation and follow-through.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary, faith-based team.Computer literacy and comfort with data entry, spreadsheets, and documentation systems.
