Job Overview:We’re looking for a frontend-focused Software Engineer (Level 3) to help build and evolve our core dashboard experience.

You’ll work on interfaces that surface complex data in clear, actionable ways—helping product and engineering teams make better decisions, faster.

This role is hands-on and product-oriented. You’ll be building in a Deno + Fresh (islands architecture) environment, working across server-rendered views, interactive components, and data-heavy UI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and iterate on our multi-tenant analytics dashboard
• Design and implement data-rich UI components (charts, tables, insights panels)
• Develop server-rendered interfaces using Deno + Fresh
• Apply islands architecture to introduce interactivity without sacrificing performance
• Translate product and data requirements into clear, usable interfaces
• Optimize for Core Web Vitals and real-user performance
• Work with telemetry and observability data (e.g., OpenTelemetry pipelines)
• Explore agentic coding workflows to accelerate development and iteration

Key Characteristics:

• 3–5 years of experience building production web applications
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript
• Experience building data-heavy or dashboard-style UIs
• Solid understanding of web performance and browser behavior
• Experience working with APIs and asynchronous data flows
• Ability to work independently and ship features end-to-end
• Product mindset: you think about clarity, usability, and decision-making, not just implementation

Strong Signals:

• Experience with Deno, Fresh, or similar server-first frameworks (Next.js, Remix, Astro)
• Experience building analytics dashboards or internal tools
• Familiarity with data visualization patterns and libraries
• Experience optimizing Core Web Vitals in production
• Interest in or experience with AI-assisted / agentic coding
• Exposure to observability tools (OpenTelemetry, logging, tracing)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with multi-tenant systems or role-based interfaces
• Familiarity with edge runtimes
• Background in product analytics, experimentation, or UX measurement
• Light backend or full-stack experience
