We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud & Network Security Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft security technologies and modern network infrastructure. This role is ideal for professionals holding (or pursuing) advanced Microsoft certifications such as SC-100 (Cybersecurity Architect) or SC-500, with a passion for securing enterprise environments across hybrid and cloud platforms.
You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and securing network architectures while ensuring compliance with industry security standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage secure network infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments
- Architect and enforce security best practices aligned with Microsoft security frameworks
- Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, routing, and switching technologies
- Implement identity and access controls using Azure AD / Entra ID
- Monitor, detect, and respond to network security incidents and vulnerabilities
- Ensure secure integration across Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall security posture
- Maintain documentation and support audits, compliance, and governance initiatives Required Qualifications
- 4–8+ years of experience in Network Engineering / Network Security
- Hands-on experience with:
- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing & switching
- Firewalls (Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet, etc.)
- VPN technologies and network segmentation
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 security tools
- Experience with Azure AD (Entra ID), Conditional Access, Identity Protection
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network and security issues
Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
