**Job Summary**
The Research Data Analyst supports the Principal Investigator and research staff by managing, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets. This role plays a critical part in advancing data-driven research, ensuring data integrity, and translating analytical findings into actionable insights for academic publications, grant reporting, and strategic decision-making.
**Qualifications**
Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with PI and research teams on study design, data requirements, and analytical approaches.
  • Manage and clean datasets, ensuring quality and reproducibility.
  • Conduct statistical analyses and interpret results in alignment with research objectives.
  • Develop visualizations, reports, and other outputs for publications and presentations.
  • Support grant-funded research, including data management plans, reporting, and compliance.
  • Stay current with data tools, methods, and best practices.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Public Health, or a related field
  • Experience in data analysis, preferably in an academic or research setting.
  • Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SAS, or Stata).
  • Knowledge of research design, statistical methods, and quantitative analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
