Veterinary Receptionist
Immediate opening at Brighton-Eggert Animal Clinic. We are a full service companion animal hospital. We have 11 doctors and 65 other paraprofessional staff members. Our mission is to provide superior and timely veterinary care for dogs and cats emphasizing preventative medicine delivered in a manner that supports and enhances the bond between responsible pet owners and their canine and feline family members.

We are looking for experienced Client Relations Specialists with Flexible Availability Monday-Saturday*. Saturday availability is required.*
Customer service in many forms is the primary responsibility of this group. In addition to specific task-oriented details, there are other very important qualities needed for this position. Friendliness, organization, efficiency, time-management, multi-tasking, diplomacy, stress management, flexibility and a team-player mind-set are among the most critical. Knowledge of medical terminology and hospital procedures are mandatory. The ability to tactfully interact with clients in varying emotional states and situations is a must.
