The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Client Services professional for our clinic (outpatient only; no holidays; closed Sundays). You’ll be the first point of contact for clients and pets, ensuring everyone feels welcome and valued. This full‑time position offers competitive pay based on experience and a comprehensive benefits package. We operate out of modern, brand new, state‑of‑the‑art facilities in Venice, and Sherman Oaks.
What We’re Looking For
You bring integrity, compassion, accountability, reliability, and a passion for learning, plus:
- A high school diploma
- A minimum of 2 years of direct veterinary customer service experience (required)
- Strong conflict resolution skills—this role requires the ability to confidently and calmly handle difficult situations with clients
- Exceptional communication—you must be articulate, professional, and people‑oriented
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency with Mac iOS and Google Docs
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients, collect medical history, and handle payments
- Manage intake forms, invoicing, and client check‑out
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Prepare clinic paperwork and maintain records and supplies
- Assist with animal handling and medication administration
