Role summary
Brillio is seeking a Technical Program Manager with Okta expertise to lead high-impact initiatives, focusing on platform improvements and third-party SaaS implementations. The role involves managing the full program lifecycle, including migration from legacy Okta instances to a new one, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Responsibilities include driving strategic planning, operational process improvements, and decision-making through data-driven narratives and SOP development. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of Technical Program Management experience, with a strong background in Okta, cloud architectures (AWS), and enterprise security controls.

About the Role
As an ET Technical Program Manager, you will drive high impact initiatives across Organization. Your projects will range from deep technical improvements that our platform is built on, from third party saas implementation to standardizing processes and metrics. You will look for ways to ensure execution, efficiency, and consistency; resolve dependencies, evaluate technical risk, track progress, and set accountability for your initiatives while maintaining clear and fluid communication with high-level stakeholders.
You Will:
- Lead large scale initiatives aimed at building the new products or platform for Organization.
- Manage the full life cycle of key programs including coordination of detailed functional plans, communication with key stakeholders, and issue resolution. Create awareness of cross-functional inter-dependencies and establish prioritization for plan execution to minimize disruption on daily operations.
- Oversee the migration from legacy Okta instance to Organization Okta- both relationship and configuration ensuring our systems are built scalability and efficiently.
- Drive the strategic planning and execution of high-impact programs within our product development teams, collaborating closely with infrastructure and cross-functional groups across the company.
- Drive operational process improvements across the organization.
- Create clarity and drive decision making with data and metrics through well-written executive-level and team-level narratives.
- Build SOPs to continue to standardize and scale tech operations to drive continuous improvement.
What We Look For:
- BS/MS in Computer Science or related field; Or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Previous experience working on or with and information security teams
- 4+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication — excellent ability to influence stakeholders and leadership through data-driven reporting.
- Previous experience in program managing Okta migrations
- Technical Okta Experience
- Proven track record of successful technical program management in high-performance teams, directing initiatives across multiple groups, teams and managers.
- Familiarity with modern software development practices and technologies (e.g containerization, microservices architecture, continuous integration, and delivery).
- Knowledge of AWS and modern cloud architectures as well as security platforms and frameworks.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Security controls and risk management
