As a consultant within the Vertical team, you will work with our clients to define their digital strategy and execution roadmap, and design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value.
Job Description:
- We are looking for a highly skilled Python Full-Stack Engineer with hands-on experience in OpenAI-based solutions, Co-Pilot frameworks, MCP, MKS environments, and autonomous agent creation. This role will focus on building AI-driven task automation, intelligent agents, and end-to-end full-stack solutions that accelerate business workflows and reduce manual effort.
- The ideal candidate combines strong Python engineering fundamentals with applied AI/LLM orchestration, system integration, and scalable automation design.
- Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Python-based full-stack applications with AI-enabled capabilities
- Build and orchestrate autonomous AI agents for task execution, decisioning, and workflow automation
- Integrate OpenAI models for reasoning, summarization, classification, and agent coordination
- Implement Co-Pilot-style experiences to assist users with intelligent recommendations and actions
- Develop task automation pipelines leveraging agents, schedulers, and event-driven triggers
- Work within MCP and MKS environments to manage configurations, pipelines, and system controls
- Design APIs and backend services to integrate AI agents with enterprise systems
- Build scalable front-end interfaces (React or similar) for AI-driven user interactions
- Ensure security, governance, logging, and observability for AI-powered workflows
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions
- Support testing, deployment, optimization, and continuous improvement of agent-based systems
Required Skills & Experience
- Core Engineering
- 6+ years of hands-on Python development experience
- Strong experience in full-stack development (Python backend + modern frontend frameworks)
- Expertise in REST APIs, async processing, background workers, and microservices
- AI & Autonomous Agents
- Practical experience with OpenAI / LLM-based applications
- Experience building autonomous or semi-autonomous agents (planning, memory, tool usage)
- Familiarity with agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and task chaining
- Experience creating AI-driven automation for business workflows
- Platforms & Environments
- Experience working in MCP and MKS environments
- Strong understanding of configuration management, environments, and pipelines
- Experience with task schedulers, job orchestration, and automation frameworks
- Frontend & UX
- Experience with React, Angular, or similar frontend frameworks
- Ability to design intuitive AI-assisted user experiences
