Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Data Analyst located in Albuquerque, NM. The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing large data sets, creating meaningful reports, and identifying trends or patterns to support data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining data models, working with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, and communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders in an understandable format. They will also collaborate with team members to optimize data collection and analysis processes where necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analytics for interpreting and translating complex data into actionable insights
• Solid understanding of Statistics for data interpretation and predictive modeling
• Experience with Data Modeling to build effective, scalable data representations
• Excellent Communication skills to present data findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Familiarity with SQL and statistical programming languages such as Python or R is desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
