We are seeking an experienced, innovative, and results-driven Senior Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions while leading technical initiatives and mentoring junior team members.

Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware Development & Architecture

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices
  • Participate in system design, architecture, and technical decision-making
  • Ensure application performance, security, and reliability

Technical Leadership

  • Lead and mentor junior and mid-level developers
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed
  • Provide technical guidance and contribute to team knowledge sharing
  • Drive adoption of best practices and new technologies

Collaboration & Agile Execution

  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions

Problem Solving & Optimization

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain technical documentation and system designs
  • Contribute to continuous integration and deployment processes (CI/CD)
  • Suggest and implement improvements to development workflows

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in software development
  • Strong proficiency in one or more languages (Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.)
  • Experience with modern frameworks (Angular, React, Spring Boot, Node.js, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
  • Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
  • Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
