🧾 Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented
QA Engineer
to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates on OPT who are looking to build hands-on experience in software testing, automation, and quality processes. You will work closely with developers and product teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, execute, and maintain
test cases and test plans
- Perform
manual and automated testing
of web and mobile applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like
JIRA
- Collaborate with developers to resolve defects and improve product quality
- Participate in
Agile/Scrum ceremonies
(daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Conduct
regression, functional, and integration testing
- Assist in building
test automation frameworks
(Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
- Ensure applications meet performance, usability, and security standards

🛠️ Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of
Software Testing & QA methodologies
- Familiarity with:
- Selenium / Cypress (automation tools)
- JIRA or any bug tracking tool
- SQL (for database validation)
- Understanding of
SDLC & STLC
- Knowledge of programming languages like
Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills

🎓 Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in
Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Open to
OPT / CPT candidates in the U.S.
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers welcome)

⭐ Preferred Qualifications:

- Internship or project experience in QA/testing
- Exposure to
API Testing (Postman/Rest Assured)
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
