Role summary

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead the transformation of legacy front office sales and distribution systems. This long-term contract role requires a minimum of 10 years of program management experience, with a strong focus on Agile implementations (SAFe certified) and legacy modernization. The ideal candidate will have some exposure to the Financial Services industry. Key responsibilities include leading release trains across multiple systems, developing integrated project plans, standardizing requirements documentation, defining SLAs, and owning the multi-system cutover plan.

Agile implementation Experience, Legacy modernization, some exposure to Financial Services

Desired Skills\*

Program & Release Orchestration: Lead release trains across 20+ systems and improve alignment across UAT, regression, and data certification.
Unified Integrated Project Plan: Build and own the end to end project plan covering feature delivery, data parity, testing, downstream readiness, and cutover sequencing.
Requirements & Traceability Leadership: Curate and standardize BRDs across TACO, CPTS, AFTP/THOR, and CDM, and enforce traceability to reduce scope creep and defects.
SLA Alignment: Define and drive SLAs that match or exceed DORIS legacy performance expectations.
Cutover Ownership: Create and manage the full multi system cutover plan, including dependencies, durations, resources, and rollback strategies.
