Role summary
We are seeking a ServiceNow Product Owner with expertise in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) to lead backlog management and drive the delivery of risk and compliance solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves gathering requirements, translating them into user stories, collaborating with stakeholders, and participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies. Key responsibilities include owning the product backlog, validating solutions, ensuring alignment with IRM processes, and driving User Acceptance Testing (UAT), releases, and continuous improvements. A minimum of 10 years of IT experience and 2 years of ServiceNow IRM/GRC experience are required, along with strong Product Owner/Business Analyst skills and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the
ServiceNow IRM product backlog

risk, compliance, and audit requirements
into user stories
- Work closely with
business stakeholders, architects, and developers
- Participate in
Agile/Scrum ceremonies
(sprint planning, reviews, etc.)
- Validate solutions and ensure alignment with
IRM processes
- Drive
UAT, releases, and continuous improvements
Required Skills
- 10+ years of IT experience
- 2+ years of
ServiceNow experience (IRM/GRC preferred)
- Strong experience as a
Product Owner / Business Analyst
- Hands-on with
Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Good understanding of
risk, compliance, and audit processes
- Experience in
backlog management, user stories, and UAT
Nice to Have
- Exposure to
Financial Services domain
- Experience working with
ServiceNow architects/developers
