Platform Engineer (Cloud / Kubernetes / DevOps)
Role summary
The Platform Engineer will be responsible for working on and operating a Kubernetes environment, including CI/CD, networking, security integration, and observability. Key responsibilities include provisioning and operating VCF9 infrastructure, deploying and managing Tanzu Kubernetes Grid, implementing GitOps with ArgoCD, and managing container deployments with Helm. The role also involves configuring NSX-T networking, deploying security tools like Vault and cert-manager, implementing Datadog monitoring, and managing cluster autoscaling and reliability. This position is crucial for the Phase 1 container migration project.
