We’re currently seeking a reliable, energetic, and hospitality focused Front Desk Associate to join our team!
Position Overview
As a Front Desk Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for members and guests. You’ll play a key role in delivering a positive experience, maintaining club operations, and supporting overall member satisfaction.
Pay Range
$16.00 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and availability. Part Time and Full Time Available
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude
- Sign up new members and provide tours of the facility
- Book court times and manage court reservations
- Answer phone calls and respond to member inquiries
- Perform regular walkthroughs of the club to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
- Assist with retail sales (e.g., beverages, supplements, apparel)
- Monitor membership check-in system and update accounts as needed
- Enforce club policies and procedures courteously and consistently
- Assist with light cleaning duties, including wiping down surfaces and equipment
- Provide support during club events and promotions
- Open and/or close the facility (depending on shift)
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability required
- Must be 18 years or older
