Accounting Manager | Multi-Unit Restaurants
Role summary
Dine Technology, an outsourced accounting and technology consulting firm for mid-sized restaurants using Restaurant365, seeks a remote Accounting Manager. This role manages day-to-day accounting operations for assigned clients, ensuring accurate financial reporting, process execution, and strong client communication. Responsibilities include monthly close oversight, balance sheet reconciliations, P&L analysis, team coordination (including offshore resources), issue resolution, and process improvement. The ideal candidate has multi-unit restaurant accounting experience, proficiency with ERP systems (Restaurant365 strongly preferred), strong accounting expertise, and excellent client management and problem-solving skills.
The Accounting Manager | Multi-Unit Restaurants is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations for assigned clients, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, consistent execution of processes, and strong client communication.
This role serves as the primary reviewer and workflow owner, operating within established Dine standards while building a strong understanding of the financial impact of client operations. The Accounting Manager is responsible for identifying issues, maintaining process discipline, and ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently.
This role is remote in the US. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.
