We are seeking a
Salesforce Technical Product Owner
who is as passionate about driving business outcomes as they are about building scalable code. This is a strategic "builder" role for a grounded professional capable of managing a global roadmap while remaining hands-on in the system.
The Role
In this position, you will act as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution. You will seek to understand how the business works, collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into thoughtful solutions, and avoid over-engineering in favor of pragmatic, high-impact improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Ownership:
Manage the intake and triage of requests across global functions, working with leadership to prioritize based on true business impact.
- Hands-on Engineering:
Build and customize Salesforce features using
Apex, LWC, and Flows
.
- AI Integration:
Leverage AI tools (Einstein, GPT-based platforms) to optimize internal workflows and evaluate future customer-facing applications.
- Process Optimization:
Help internal teams work smarter and faster by identifying bottlenecks and implementing automation.
- System Integrity:
Manage user security, profiles, roles, and data integrity within a multi-cloud environment (Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds).
What You Bring
- 6+ years of Salesforce Development:
Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Strategic Mindset:
Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Lead managing a backlog and stakeholder expectations.
- Administrator Excellence:
Strong background in Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud administration.
- AI Literacy:
Practical experience using AI platforms to improve internal efficiency and developer velocity.
- Pragmatism:
A "listener-first" approach. You ask the right questions to build solutions that delight users without adding unnecessary complexity.
- Certifications:
Salesforce Platform Developer and Admin certifications are
