This is a full-time/Contract hybrid role for a Senior Business System Analyst at our Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India location.

Recent experience in a property and casualty insurance project.

Good knowledge of claims, policy life cycle, insurance, and accounting.

Expertise in SQL.

Good to have - Reinsurance, AI

The role involves tasks such as business systems analysis, systems analysis, and defining business requirements.

Reviewing the Mapping documents from source to destination.

Leading the development team and making sure the deliverables are according to the acceptance criteria.

Leading large team, managers in building large-scale, highly available distributed Data.

Strong experience in building production-grade enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

· Business Systems Analysis and Systems Analysis skills

· Analytical Skills and Business Analysis abilities

· Experience in defining and documenting business requirements

· Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

· Ability to work well both independently and in a team

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies

· Handson SQL

· Excellent Communication.

Pay: $72,727.05 - $87,585.26 per year
