Candy Sonic LLC provides a subscription platform for music industry professionals to manage their business more effectively. We’re hiring sales team members to grow our subscriber base through phone sales.
Role Summary
You will contact prospective customers by phone, explain our subscription offering, and convert interested leads into paying subscribers.
This role is for someone who:
- loves music and understands the music industry,
- is comfortable with inbound and outbound call sales,
- and wants to be rewarded for performance.
Responsibilities

Handle
inbound calls
and convert interested leads into subscriptions
- Make
outbound calls
using provided lead lists and campaigns
- Explain subscription value clearly and professionally
- Qualify prospects and recommend the right subscription option
- Close subscriptions and handle objections confidently
- Follow up consistently to convert warm leads
- Maintain accurate call notes, outcomes, and next steps in our
CRM
- Meet weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversations, and closed subscriptions
- Provide feedback on objections, pricing questions, and what messaging works best
Qualifications

Real interest and understanding of the music industry (essential)

Fluent or native English
(required) for call sales
- Strong communication and comfort speaking on the phone
- Persuasive, friendly, and coachable sales style
- Reliable follow-through and attention to CRM notes
- Ability to work both inbound and outbound leads
- CRM familiarity is helpful (we can train)
Nice to have:
- Call center / inside sales / subscription sales experience
- Experience selling to music professionals (artists, labels, managers, distributors)
Compensation
Commission-based compensation + performance bonuses.
Base pay may be available depending on experience and target responsibilities.
