Outside Sales Representative – St. Pete / Clearwater (Local Territory)

Role Overview

We are looking for a self-driven sales professional to generate new business in the local market. This is a field-based role focused on prospecting, relationship building, and closing deals with businesses that need high-quality websites and digital marketing.

This is not a desk job. You will be expected to actively build your pipeline through in-person outreach, calls, and follow-up.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect businesses throughout St. Pete, Clearwater, and surrounding areas
• Identify companies with outdated or underperforming websites
• Connect with decision-makers (in person, phone, email)
• Present services including web design, SEO, and digital marketing
• Manage your pipeline and close new business
• Build long-term client relationships

Compensation

• Posted hourly range reflects base/draw structure required by Indeed
• $150/week draw against commission (recoverable)
• Commission-driven earnings model

Typical performance:

• First-year earnings: $60K+ for active reps
• Consistent performers: $70K–$100K+
• Top performers: $100K+

This role is performance-based. Earnings depend on your ability to generate and close business.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in sales (outside/B2B preferred)
• Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person prospecting
• Strong communication and follow-up discipline
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Local knowledge of Tampa Bay business community is a plus
