Role summary

Seeking a Senior Program Manager with current acquisition and program management knowledge and experience, preferably in DoD aircraft weapon systems. The role involves managing program cost, schedule, performance, and risk, along with a broad range of acquisition support activities. Responsibilities include data gathering, analysis, evaluation, and validation of programmatic documentation. The position requires balancing multiple factors to meet organizational and financial goals, manage risks, and integrate functions for effective acquisition management. Key tasks include developing and reviewing various program documents, managing budgets, and coordinating with external agencies.

Program Management Support personnel in Senior skill levels must have current acquisition and program management knowledge and experience in support of aircraft weapon systems, DoD aircraft weapon systems are preferred, to include experience in managing program cost, schedule, performance, and risk. These personnel will also have a current knowledge and working experience of a wide variety of acquisition program support activities to assist in performing a wide range of program management activities to include assistance in gathering data, conducting analyses, evaluation, and validation of acquisition programmatic documentation. These activities balance many factors influencing cost, schedule, and performance to include, but are not limited to, meeting organizational goals, meeting financial goals, risk management, schedule management, project(s) integration, financial management, and the ability to integrate the separate functions to plan and implement acquisition management
The Contractor program management support personnel will support the
aforementioned systems and programs to include preparation and review of specific
documentation, such as plans and presentations, to include but not limited to: integrated
master plan, work breakdown structure, integrated master schedule, cost and contract
performance data, Acquisition Program Baseline (APB), Clinger-Cohen Act
compliance, cybersecurity strategy, Program Protection Plans (PPP), Life Cycle
Management Plans (LCMP), risk management plans, milestone briefings, Government
Furnished Equipment (GFE) management, budget/cost research and analysis,
Performance Work Statement (PWS) development, Contract Data Requirements Listing
(CDRL) development, and coordination, and Security Classification Guide (SCG)
development and coordination. Contractor personnel will provide specialized
acquisition and program management services to assist the Government with acquisition
planning, modification execution, and program support. Contractor personnel will
develop, review, coordinate, and follow–up on cost estimate requests, cost impact
requests, changes in scope, purchase requests, and fund cite authorization letters for
platform modification program services. Contractor personnel will be cognizant of
external agency points of contact required in the accomplishment of document
coordination
