Capix is seeking a Social Media & Growth Intern to join their fast-growing AI search engine for private capital. This remote internship focuses on hands-on campaign execution, content creation, and data analysis. The ideal candidate has a creator-operator mindset, is comfortable with rapid iteration, possesses basic design skills (Figma/Canva), and is eager to learn growth marketing metrics and community building. Bonus points for interest in AI and finance, or prior startup experience.

**Bruno Jacob**: built and launched several products from scratch in healthcare and finance including ML-based risk stratification solution for health insurance companies that helped them identify patients likely to get sick in the future, NFT checkout that allowed anyone to buy NFTs with a credit card without having to set up a crypto wallet, and a tokenization engine that allowed companies to easily tokenize and manage real-world assets on the blockchain. As a hackathon enthusiast, Bruno has won several hackathons including ETHDenver (the world’s largest hackathon of decentralized tech).
**Shawn Li**: as a Staff Machine Learning Engineer at Apple, Shawn spent the last 5 years leading teams working on Natural Language Understanding for Siri, Safari, and Spotlight.

**About you:**
* **Creator-operator mindset.** You love turning ideas into live campaigns—drafting copy, designing the asset, hitting “post,” and immediately watching the numbers roll in.
* **Move fast, learn faster.** You iterate in hours, not weeks, and treat every post, email, or experiment as a data point to refine the next one.
* **Analytical to the core.** CTR, CAC, follower LTV, cohort retention—you know (or want to learn) the metrics that matter and can pull insights from Sheets, GA4, or a quick SQL query.
* **Design-literate.** Basic Figma/Canva chops mean you don’t wait on a designer; you can lay out a carousel, social card, or lightweight motion graphic yourself.
* **Community builder.** You’re comfortable jumping into comments, Discord/Slack groups, and DMs—amplifying advocates, answering questions, and funneling product feedback back to the team.
* **Owner mentality.** If you see a growth opportunity—new channel, influencer partnership, email drip—you scope it, ship it, and report the results without waiting to be asked.
* **Curious and coachable.** You proactively seek feedback, challenge assumptions with first-principles thinking, and level-up quickly in unfamiliar territory.
