They will also evaluate advertising channel effectiveness, recommend budget allocations based on ROI, and identify sales process inefficiencies. This position requires strong analytical, communication, and training skills, with a background in automotive dealership operations being highly preferred.

This role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between data insights and dealership operations, with a strong emphasis on leveraging our VinSolutions CRM to drive sales performance, improve lead management, and optimize advertising spend.
This position will play a critical role in training staff, analyzing key performance metrics, and identifying actionable opportunities to increase profitability and efficiency across the dealership.
<Duties>
- Train sales, BDC, and management staff on proper use of VinSolutions CRM
- Ensure consistent and compliant CRM usage across all departments
- Develop training materials, SOPs, and onboarding processes for new hires
- Monitor CRM activity and enforce accountability standards
- Analyze dealership data including:
- Lead sources and conversion rates
- Sales performance and closing ratios
- Inventory turn and aging
- Customer follow-up and engagement metrics
- Create and present weekly and monthly performance reports to management
Sales & Marketing Optimization
- Identify trends to improve lead conversion and sales performance
- Evaluate effectiveness of advertising channels (AutoTrader, third-party leads, digital campaigns)
- Provide recommendations for advertising budget allocation based on ROI
- Track cost-per-lead, cost-per-sale, and campaign performance
Operational Insights
- Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and recommend improvements
- Work closely with management to implement data-driven strategies
- Monitor KPI performance and help drive accountability across teams
<Requirements>
- Experience with VinSolutions CRM (required)
- Background in automotive dealership operations (highly preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
- Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies
- Strong communication and training skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Automotive sales, BDC, or management experience
- Experience with digital marketing analytics (Google Analytics, lead providers, etc.)
- Familiarity with dealership KPIs and reporting metrics
Pay: $51,978.62 - $70,640.92 per year
