About this role

Leads large team of experienced Digital Program Management professionals or team leaders. Manages technical project/program management work requires the incumbent to have some foundational knowledge in the specific area in order to advise on scope changes, QA and other more technical aspects of the project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing, planning, organizing, and controlling resources for Digital projects to achieve objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
  • Oversees detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, and status reports.
  • Provides technical guidance to the project team. May utilize Scrum methodologies to deliver project requirements.
  • Manages large teams of Digital resources through complex transformational projects. Owns and accountable for cross-functional collaboration.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in leading technical project/program management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced Degree
  • Broad management and leadership knowledge to lead project teams.
  • Technical knowledge of telematics/electronics.
  • Experience with integrating M2M data acquisition tools in automotive, heavy equipment or trucking industries.
  • Proven leader and mentor with a demonstrable record of accomplishments.
  • Program and project management experience.
  • Highly adaptable to changing requirements.Has broad knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.

RSRCAR

BA/BS degree with 10+ years' experience or MA/MS degree with 7+ years' experience or PhD with 5+ years' experience.
