Role summary
Carroll Construction Supply is seeking an Outside Sales professional for the San Antonio area to sell construction equipment and concrete forming supplies. While prior sales or construction experience is preferred but not mandatory, candidates must be highly motivated, possess a positive attitude, and demonstrate a drive for success. Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities, growing existing accounts, and working independently in the field. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to be a team player. San Antonio – Outside Sales
Outside Sales Needed!
Carroll Construction Supply is looking for a construction equipment & concrete forming supply salesperson in the San Antonio area. Great place to work with over 35 locations spread throughout 14 different states. Experience in sales and construction is not a must but is preferred. Motivation, ability, and positive attitude are required.

Additional Requirements to be Considered:
- Previous knowledge and experience in the building materials industry is beneficial
- Civil, paving, and tilt-up construction experience is a strong plus
- Existing contractor relationships in the San Antonio market are beneficial
- Extremely motivated and upbeat personality is a must
- Driven for success and willing to go the extra mile is key
- Ability to participate effectively as a team member
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
