The Product Owner will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams, analyze data to measure product success, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong product management, analytical, and business analysis skills, with a basic to advanced understanding of software development processes. Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in AI or the podcasting industry are advantageous.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Product Owner. As a Product Owner, you will lead the development and evolution of our AI-powered podcast platform. Responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing product requirements, collaborating with development and design teams, overseeing the product development lifecycle, and ensuring the product aligns with customer needs. You will also analyze data, communicate with stakeholders, and play a vital role in driving product success and alignment with strategic goals.

Qualifications

Strong Product Management skills, with experience in overseeing product development cycles and defining product vision
Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Analysis for identifying user needs and measuring product success
Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate insights to stakeholders
Basic to advanced understanding of Software Development processes to effectively liaise with engineering teams
Ability to work independently and adapt in a remote environment
Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus
Experience in AI-powered tools or podcasting industries will be considered advantageous
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; product management certification is beneficial
