Role summary

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to develop and deploy advanced AI solutions. This role involves creating AI agents, chatbots, and RAG-based applications, with a strong emphasis on implementing and fine-tuning ML models using PyTorch. You will integrate these AI solutions into production environments, evaluating and deploying LLMs based on key performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Python, AI/ML development, and a deep understanding of conversational AI and RAG principles. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to deliver robust, production-grade AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop AI agents and autonomous systems for complex decision-making
Build chatbots and voice-based conversational AI solutions
Design and optimize RAG-based AI applications
Implement and fine-tune ML models using PyTorch
Integrate AI solutions across platforms and services
Evaluate and deploy LLMs based on performance, cost, and scalability
Collaborate with teams to deliver production-grade AI systems

Required Skills

6+ years of experience in Python and AI/ML development
Strong experience with PyTorch
Knowledge of AI agents, LLMs, and transformer architecture
Hands-on experience with chatbots or conversational AI
Understanding of RAG (embeddings, vector DBs, retrieval, prompting)
Experience integrating AI into real-world applications

Nice to Have

Kotlin or full-stack development experience
Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and microservices architecture
Experience with APIs (REST/gRPC), Kafka
Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks
