
Program Manager- Retail Construction for Financial Client- Eastern Time Zone
Role summary
CBRE is seeking a remote Program Manager for their financial client, based in the Eastern Standard Time zone. This role is part of the Program Management function, responsible for strategic initiatives. The Program Manager will provide formal supervision, conduct performance evaluations, oversee hiring, and manage team activities. Key responsibilities include managing cross-functional projects from end-to-end, ensuring timely completion by resolving issues and escalating as needed. The role involves managing internal and external relationships, developing solutions with core teams, and creating PMO reports. Financial and business evaluations, client relationship management, and interpreting business documents are also crucial. The position requires a Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 5-8 years of relevant experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, advanced organizational and math skills, and sophisticated analytical abilities. PgMP or PMP certifications are preferred.

As a CBRE T&T Program Manager, you will support our large financial client with reporting and the progress of construction projects
This job is part of the Program Management function. They are responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic programs representing major company initiatives.
This is a remote position with someone based in Eastern Standard Time. There is occasional travel but limited. What You’ll Do:
Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
Oversee cross-functional projects or programs from end to end using a formal process.
Ensure that all functions remain on schedule and any issues get escalated and resolved so that the program gets completed on time.
Manage internal and external relationships in support of programs.
Work with core teams to develop solutions and guide project teams throughout delivery.
Create and distribute routine PMO reports, which include status reports and updated Gantt charts.
Conduct financial or business evaluations.
Establish, cultivate, and maintain effective client relationships.
Comprehend, evaluate, and interpret business documents.
Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams
Work within broad guidelines and policies.
Explain difficult or sensitive information. What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. PgMP or PMP certifications preferred.
Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

Turner & Townsend carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $80,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $150,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend’s applicable benefit program.
