Role summary

CBTS is seeking a Program Manager for a Cyber Security role within a large enterprise environment. This hybrid position, based in Phoenix (3 days onsite), is a long-term contract opportunity. The role requires strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills to coordinate cyber/security programs, focusing on endpoint and user defense. Key responsibilities include managing timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks, serving as a central point of contact, and ensuring stakeholder alignment. While the role is within cyber security, the focus is on coordination and execution rather than deep technical engineering. Exposure to cybersecurity concepts and Agile methodologies is preferred.

We are currently working on a Program Manager opportunity within Cyber Security for a large enterprise environment. This role is best suited for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and strong in execution, with the ability to keep teams aligned and moving forward. While this sits within a cyber program, the day-to-day focus is more on coordination, communication, and ownership rather than deep technical engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ongoing cyber/security programs focused on endpoint and user defense

• Attend meetings, capture detailed notes, and track action items and decisions

• Serve as a central point of contact for program updates, status, and follow-ups

• Help manage timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and risks

• Coordinate across multiple teams including engineering, security, and infrastructure

• Ensure alignment across stakeholders and maintain momentum across initiatives

• Assist with reporting, documentation, and overall program organization

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in Program Management, Project Coordination, or similar role

• Strong organizational and documentation skills

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across teams

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and follow-through

• Experience tracking deliverables, action items, and project status

• Comfortable working in a hybrid, team-oriented environment

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Exposure to cybersecurity concepts or environments

• Familiarity with endpoint security, threat detection, or identity/access concepts

• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams

• Experience supporting enterprise-level programs or initiatives

• Understanding of Agile or structured delivery environments
